  • People Pleasing Is Costing You Your Voice | First Episode of Out Loud with Aaron Simpson
    2026/04/11

In the first episode of Out Loud w/Aaron Simpson, he shares the heart behind the new name and direction of the podcast by talking about one of the biggest ways people lose themselves: people pleasing.

This is not a step-by-step guide. It is a wake-up call. A conversation about identity, voice, self-abandonment, and what happens when you spend too much of your life trying to keep other people comfortable. Aaron brings awareness to the cost of shrinking yourself, silencing your truth, and disconnecting from who you really are.

If this connected, make sure you follow/subscribe to the podcast, wherever you listen from!

They’re just waiting to feel ready before they decide.

In this episode of Done, Not Perfect, Ace breaks down why clarity ONLY comes after decision. He also talks about why the comfort zone feels so hard to leave and wht seeking permission, is the real killer of progress. Lets get it!

  • Learning to Walk with Grief Instead of Running From It
    2026/01/19

Grief does not have an expiration date.

In this episode, I share what I have learned 19 years after losing my brother, not about "moving on", but about learning how to live with grief, instead of running with it.

For a long time, I tried to outwork it, numb it or avoid it. But grief has a way of finding you anyway lol. What changed my life was not "getting over it", it was learning how to carry it with honesty, patience and presence.

This episode is for anyone who lost someone, a version of themselves, a relationship or career, that there is pain that is not fully addressed. You dont have to fix it. You just have to learn to walk with it.

    Hope this helps. Love you!

    RIP Ian Eric-Knox Simpson

  • Why you keep starting over (and it's not a lack of discipline)
    2026/01/15

If you have ever said to yourself, "I know what to do, I just cant stay consistent", this episode is for you.

Most people don't struggle because of lack of discipline or motivation. They struggle because they've broken trust with themselves, again and again. They start, stop, reset and repeat...over and over. And, it feels like cycle they just can't break. Sound like you? Good! Because, it sounded like me, too.

In this episode, we break down why consistency is not a motivation problem, but an identity issue. And how building simple, trustworthy structure changes everything.

    I share:

    • Why motivation ALWAYS runs out
    • Why consistency comes before discipline
    • Why broken promises lead to lack of confidence
    • How to build a lifestyle that works even when life isn't perfect

If you are tired of starting over and ready to stop doing this alone, youve come to the right place!

  • Why perfectionism is a trap and how to start trusting yourself, again
    2026/01/15

We are so back! It has been almost a year since the last episode. But, the time has come. In this episode, we discuss the importance of embracing imperfection, your story and how to just get things done, and start...and also, where the hell have I been?!

To embrace being, "done, not perfect", I recorded this raw, without any edits or music. I just knew it needed to get done, and it's time to dust the mic off. Enjoy!
