    2026/09/01

Allow me to introduce myself. I'm Taz and I'm on a mission to redefine "success" to include the goal achievers, not just the wealthy. Success is obtainable by anyone. All it takes is a Hustle Mentality. We'll spend this podcast talking about what that means and how to embody it. Today, I wanted to start with giving you a part of my story and welcoming you to the Hustle Nation.

  • 2 - How to Stay Humble While Chasing Financial Success
    2026/09/01

Ahhh I'm so sorry I'm late with getting this one out, but it's an episode I am super excited for you to hear. This week, I had a friend from college, Nick Gallo, join me as we talked about our relationships with chasing financial success while still trying to remain humble. From our crazy relationship to how we continue to stay grounded with a drive that can get away from us sometimes, we really kick these conversations off with a man like no other.

Don't forget! This is the start of the conversation, not the end of one. Nick and I may have gotten the ball rolling on the relationship between money and humility, but we both are curious to hear what you have to say about the topic. Feel free to message either of us on Instagram if there's anything we talked about in this episode that you wanna dive deeper on. Also be sure to follow Taz on the Hustle on socials so that you can participate in discussions posted throughout the week regarding the most recent episode.

  • 3 - Introducing Adventure
    2026/09/01

Alright, we spent the last couple weeks talking a ton about Humility. It's time for us to move onto the next pillar: Adventure.

In this episode, I introduce the second pillar of the Hustle Mentality with 3 main concepts:

    1) Throwing caution to the wind.

    2) Seeing life in the perspective of stories.

    3) Discovering who you are.

Adventure is the pillar where the excitement of the hustle journey lies.

  • 4 - Where to Look for Adventure in Your Life
    2026/09/01

Become inspired by my good friend, DeRay Manning's story as he talks to you about his journey in becoming a well known rapper/musician. DeRay has been making music since he was 7 years old and is credited with being the first Hip-Hop act to perform at a half-time show for Virginia Tech. This is a man on a mission to make a name for himself.

I asked DeRay to be on this episode because it was clear to me that there was something special about the way that DeRay conducted himself, and it was whatever that special thing is that brought so many exciting opportunities into his life. I wanted to get to the bottom of that special thing so that the rest of us can tap into it within ourselves.

It was so much fun having DeRay on my podcast, and I can't wait to have him on again! Be sure to check him out through the links below and reach out to either of us if you have any questions or comments about the episode or just wanna keep the conversation going. I wanna hear what you think, so if you listen to the full episode, reach out to me and give me your thoughts :) Seriously, it would make my day.

  • 5 - Things are Changing Here at the Hustle
    2026/09/01

    Hey Hustler,

It's been a while since you and I talked. To be honest with you, April was a pretty big month for me. I made the intentional decision to put the podcast on the back burner while I figure some shit out in my personal life. I think the break did me some good. Now that I'm back, there's some changes that I wanna bring to the brand. In this episode, I dive into what those changes are.

To give you a hint: You're in the driver's seat now.

  • 7 - The Philly Chapter
    2026/09/01

On August 1, 2021, I moved into my new apartment in Philadelphia. I had just graduated college a few months ago, broke up with my long term boyfriend even more recently than that, and was also healing from years of endless trauma. I was terrified of whether or not I would be strong enough for this next chapter. What if moving away from the only life I'd ever known only made things worse?

On June 9, 2022, I finished the journal I started the day I moved into my new life. This episode is me reading from that journal.
