  • Affectively - The Enspiral transformation process with Hailey Cooperrider | The How
    2026/08/13

In this episode, Alícia interviews Hailey Cooperrider about the transformative process of Enspiral, focusing on action research and the importance of care and collective intelligence in organizational transformation.

Hailey is a game designer, workshop facilitator, and all-around collaboration geek, with a mission to take the advanced collaboration techniques used in large organisations and spread them out to the edge. One day, while playing Dungeons and Dragons, she realised that tabletop role-playing games might hold the key to realising this goal.

In 2019, she co-founded Amble Studio with four fellow adventurers to realise this big idea, and explore the borderlands between ways of working and games. This in turn led to an epic collaboration with Ben Pederick to create TAG: The Adaptation Game - a tabletop climate drill. Hailey and her fellow Amblers regularly share their serious game journey on The Amble Podcast.
