It was our eleventh episode for the season, and how amazing it was to have heard from a couple of our lead NBL1 officials in studio, Bailey Dyer and Emma Caeran. The pair discussed with us how they got into refereeing, some of their highlights, the training and development they go through and pathways for young officials looking to progress. They also shared some of their thoughts on the competition itself.
Central Districts men’s coach and former NBL star Rupert Sapwell also joined us for a chat. He talked about his side’s continued development, Central Districts’ growth as a club and how they plan to build into a more consistent performing outfit.
