Rise Up with ServiceNow is a global workforce development program that gives people the skills and support to start a career in technology. In this episode of The Honor Roll, host Jasmine Coleman sits down with Gina Avila and Roberto Sequeira to reflect on how Rise Up has evolved, the moments and lessons that have shaped its work, and the learners and alumni who give the program its purpose.

They share what they’ve learned from supporting participants, how the community has changed the way they think about success, and why Rise Up’s impact reaches well beyond training. They also look ahead to the values they hope will stay at the center of the program as it grows.

Featuring Gina Avila and Roberto Sequeira.
