It’s truly heartbreaking to see so many hard working mothers getting silenced in their struggles. This episode gets real about how undervalued mothers are.

Society doesn’t see motherhood as a real job. The world doesn’t see moms how they deserve to be seen. I’m tired of seeing moms trying to speak up for themselves and what they actually go through, to only get bashed and misunderstood for it.

I will not be silenced. I will continue to voice how important it is to value your family like a mother does. I will continue to voice that what moms do is WORK and it is HARD. I will continue to speak up for all the moms who have felt misunderstood for what they experience.

I hope the mamas who have found this episode will feel safe enough here to voice your struggles!
