Ep 47: My experience with PTSD
    2024/07/25

Welcome to this week's episode of The Heart Gathering Podcast!!!!

In this episode I share very honestly about a recent experience I had with PTSD. It was unsettling and is something I'm still processing in some ways. But I know there is power in vulnerability!!

I am in no way a mental health professional.

I am simply sharing from my personal knowledge and experience.

If you've had an experience similar to this please know you're not alone. And please reach out to a professional.
