    We'll look at a study published in the journal Circulation in May 2022 to answer this question.  Eggs and cholesterol in the diet in general, and their effect on health has been enormously controversial.  This study points to a fascination solution to the puzzle of how foods high in cholesterol can raise risk of cardiovascular disease, without having a strong impact of serum levels of cholesterol.
