This week, Austin Dillon joins This Cowboy Life as the show's very first guest — and he did not come empty-handed on stories. Jerome and Tiffany Davis find out how Austin became GM of the Carolina Cowboys, Jerome and Austin share stories about phone calls with Richard Childress during the first year of PBR Teams, and there's a wild story behind a college barn party that somehow only let girls through the door. Plus, the flat-brimmed hat disaster that got Austin shamed by Cody Lambert at his very first draft. Austin also opens up about the safety innovations he's trying to bring over from NASCAR — including a roll-bar foam idea for the bucking chutes and an airbag vest concept borrowed straight from MotoGP — plus the behind-the-scenes psychological tests from training camp that pushed the team's bull riders to their breaking point (you have to hear what happened with the puzzle). And of course, Mail from the Dirt brings a real debate about how judges should actually be scoring these rides, and we preview Cowboy Days! Big episode, big guest, and a big weekend ahead in Greensboro.
