After surviving another assassination attempt, Syphina discovers something unsettling—a strange mark hidden on the inside of her wrist.

It doesn’t appear magical. It shouldn’t be there. And no one knows what it means.

With victory finally within reach, the promise of knighthood becomes reality. But when given the opportunity to claim the title for himself, Treyvor makes an unexpected decision.
