From local creatives and business owners to innovators and quiet disruptors, these are conversations with people redefining what it means to live with intention.

Hosted by Theresa G, this podcast isn’t about surface-level inspiration. It’s about what’s real, what’s working, and what it actually takes to live a life that feels aligned.

If you’re drawn to meaningful conversation, new ways of thinking, and a deeper look at how people are choosing to live, you’re in the right place.

  • What’s Really in Your Mouth? Dental Materials, Holistic Dentistry & Whole-Body Health
    2026/09/02

It has been said over and over again that health begins in the mouth.

I have learned that lesson in ways I never could have imagined over the last ten years.

Apparently, it was medicine my soul needed, because I have learned so much through some pretty hardcore suffering and some truly wild experiences.

Before mercury poisoning, I was basically a brick. Nothing affected me. I could tolerate almost anything.

Afterward, my body became profoundly sensitive. And although I have healed from so much of what came next, one area where my body still seems to pay very close attention is dental materials.

Maybe that makes sense. These are materials that can live in the mouth for years, sometimes decades.

And that has made me ask questions I never used to ask.

Do you know what is actually in your dental materials?

Do you know what is being placed in your mouth and how your individual body might respond to it?

Does your dentist think about the connection between your teeth, your nervous system, inflammation, materials, and the rest of your body?

And maybe just as importantly, do they listen when you tell them something does not feel right?

That last one has become huge for me.

I think one of the major problems in healthcare right now is how often patients are dismissed as overreacting, exaggerating, or being overly sensitive when they are simply trying to describe what they are experiencing in their own bodies.

My experiences taught me to value practitioners who stay curious.

    Practitioners who listen.

Practitioners who care about the whole human being in front of them.

Which brings me to my dentist.

I cannot wait to introduce you to Dr. Spencer.

Finding a dentist who was heart-led, holistic, deeply thoughtful about materials, and also had exceptional clinical skills turned out to be far harder than I ever imagined.

    And then I found him.

Dr. Spencer is incredibly special, both as a practitioner and as a human being.

So if you have ever wondered about the connection between your mouth and the rest of your body, questioned what is actually being used in your dental care, or simply wanted a dentist who sees more than a collection of teeth, I think you are going to love this conversation.

Meet my favorite dentist, Dr. Spencer.

Thank you for being here. 💛

  • Sisters of Soul: 30 Years of Becoming, Part Two
    2026/08/26

Sitting in the forest with my sisters of soul. Thirty years of reflection continues.

If you didn’t catch the first episode, you’ll want to go back and listen or watch before joining us here.

As I edited this episode, it occurred to me that our love, our connection that somehow seems to reach beyond space and time, is also part of a much larger story of sisterhood.

Our stories are uniquely ours, but woven through them are so many of the experiences women have carried together for generations.

Love. Loss. Motherhood. Marriage. Death. Grief. Suicide. Addiction. Numbing. COVID. Spiritual awakening. Soul. Divinity. Letting go. Becoming. Finding ourselves again.

We talk about the ways we survive. The ways we disconnect from ourselves. The things we reach for when life feels too painful to hold. The losses that change us. The love that carries us. The moments that wake us up. And the questions that remain when everything we thought we understood begins to shift.

Through all of it, there is the extraordinary power of having other women beside us. Women who have witnessed our lives, held us through the breaking, laughed with us through the absurdity, and reminded us who we are when we have forgotten.

May we continue to rise into the fullness of our feminine power and capacity, together and in community.

A gentle note before listening: this conversation includes discussion of suicide, addiction, death, grief, and other difficult life experiences.

Please share this conversation if you feel it might help someone feel less alone.

Thank you for being here. 💛

  • Three sisters, reflecting on more than 30 years of becoming.
    2026/08/19

We've walked through darkness and light, pain and loss, deep grief, letting go, moving through what we thought might break us, spiritual awakening, great joy, ridiculous amounts of laughter, many dances, singing each other to sleep, late-night phone calls, and all the strange twists and turns of being human.

We’ve lived enough life now to know that we’re all navigating our way through some version of the matrix. Knowing that doesn’t necessarily make the hard parts easier.

    But you know what does?

    Having each other.

In this conversation, Jessica, Katie and I look back at the roads that shaped us. Soul quests. Columbine. Marriage. Motherhood. Loss. Relationships. Spirituality. The choices we made, the people we became, and the things we understand very differently now than we did 30 years ago.

This isn’t really an interview. It’s three sisters sitting in a forest, looking back at their lives and asking: What the hell has all of this been about?

And, of course, there was absolutely no way we were fitting 30+ years into one episode, so this is a two-part conversation.

Come join us as we reflect on our soul journeys through this very human experience of being alive.

Thank you for being here. 💛
