As I edited this episode, it occurred to me that our love, our connection that somehow seems to reach beyond space and time, is also part of a much larger story of sisterhood.

Our stories are uniquely ours, but woven through them are so many of the experiences women have carried together for generations.

Love. Loss. Motherhood. Marriage. Death. Grief. Suicide. Addiction. Numbing. COVID. Spiritual awakening. Soul. Divinity. Letting go. Becoming. Finding ourselves again.

We talk about the ways we survive. The ways we disconnect from ourselves. The things we reach for when life feels too painful to hold. The losses that change us. The love that carries us. The moments that wake us up. And the questions that remain when everything we thought we understood begins to shift.

Through all of it, there is the extraordinary power of having other women beside us. Women who have witnessed our lives, held us through the breaking, laughed with us through the absurdity, and reminded us who we are when we have forgotten.

May we continue to rise into the fullness of our feminine power and capacity, together and in community.
