I also talk about how when judging things, people or experiences we need to be careful because karma can deliver a healthy dose of reality, forcing you to come face to face with the very thing you were judging. Like me and Gluten Free people (I am one now).

One thing that was not mentioned that people keep asking me about was how much weight I lost. I lost 7 pounds in one year, but like I mention, I was on the lowest dose and never increased.
