  • Our unique sound expression: vocal stims & somatic release
    2026/05/04
In this episode of ‘The Frequency Formula’ I’m sharing something that completely shifted the way I see healing. We’re talking about our unique sound expression and why so many of us have learned to hold it back. Have you ever got to a point where you understand yourself so well… you can explain your patterns, your triggers, your behaviours, but you still don’t feel regulated? I open up about that experience and the frustration of knowing so much, but still feeling stuck, and how I realised I was trying to heal everything from my mind while leaving my body out of it. We move into vocal stimming, the urge to hum, shout, make noise, and why it’s actually such a natural and instinctive way for the body to release and process emotion. I also talk about nervous system sensitivity, why some of us feel things more intensely, and how reconnecting with the body can start to change that. I then explore what it really means when we say the body stores trauma, bringing in both neuroscience and a more holistic perspective, so you can start to understand what’s happening beneath the surface in your own experience. At the end of the episode, I guide you through a gentle somatic practice to help you connect back to your body, tune into what it’s holding, and begin to release it in a way that feels natural for you. If you’ve been stuck in your head trying to figure yourself out, this episode is an invitation to come back into your body and listen in a different way. Nothing to force. Nothing to fix. Just space to feel and reconnect.

  • Writing Screenplays, Developing My Fantasy Novel… and Comics?
    2026/04/23
In this episode, I talk about writing a screenplay and how I finished a full first draft in two days by getting into a focused creative flow and staying there. I explore how colour grading shapes the emotional experience of a film, and why I’m drawn to more philosophical films that carry something deeper beneath the surface. I also talk about developing my fantasy novel, looking at different writing approaches like pantser vs plotter, and the contrast between writers like J.K. Rowling and J.R.R. Tolkien. And I finish by talking about reading my first Marvel comic, and how it shifted the way I experience storytelling. It felt like reading a book, a screenplay, and watching a film all at once.

  • What really happened in 2025 - Part 2
    2026/01/25

This episode is part two of a two-part series about what really happened in 2025.

In this episode, I speak about what happened in the months after the events of early January, as the situation escalated and became increasingly unsafe. I talk about being hospitalised during this period, and about my mum and my partner also being attacked as the situation continued.

I share why we made the decision to leave our home for our safety, and what it was like being escorted back by CID to collect our belongings. I also reference the investigations that followed. There is a significant amount of detail I could go into about this time, but I don’t. What I share here is the reality of what happened and why it mattered, without going into every detail.

Towards the end of the episode, I speak about my engagement in May and how our relationship came to an end a few months later. I honour the love we had and shared, and I also share some exciting news. I also talk about my mum’s surgery, and the relief of it going well after everything that came before.

  • What really happened in 2025 - Part 1
    2026/01/17

This episode is part one of a two-part series about what really happened in 2025.

I know I briefly shared on social media about my relationship ending and about harassment coming from my partner’s family. In this episode, I finally speak about what was actually going on behind the scenes at that time.

I talk about my mum’s health — something I’ve been dealing with since I was thirteen and have never spoken about publicly before — and how that was already shaping my life long before everything else unfolded. I also share what I learned about my partner’s past, and how finding out more about his life led to abuse and harassment that escalated far beyond anything I was prepared for.

This episode focuses on the beginning and the context of the story, including the incidents that took place on the 3rd and 4th of January last year. Part two will cover what happened in the months that followed.

Content warning: This episode discusses abuse, harassment, and sensitive topics.
