What happens when you realize you might be the one keeping the friendship alive?
Join Angel in this episode, as she gets real about community, friendship, and being the follow-up friend; the one who always reaches out, makes the plans, checks the calendar, and sends the “Are we still on?” text.
After praying about her desire for genuine community, Angel began to realize that relationships should involve effort from both sides. Sometimes people really are busy, but sometimes “busy” is simply a way of saying, “This relationship isn't a priority for me.”
And that's okay.
Angel shares why she's decided to stop chasing people and started leaving the ball in their court. Not out of anger or pettiness, but because friendship shouldn't feel like a full-time job.
Is it time for you to stop chasing and start paying attention to the people who show up.
