We humans have the luxury of some separation from the natural world. We get to chomp on burritos with a margarita, or a loaded burger with spicy curly fries, instead of gathering berries or having to go on a days-long hunt for a deer to eat.
We humans also have the luxury of a truckloads of information and content being dumped on us day in and day out.
It makes figuring out what to eat, mmm, confusing? Difficult? Exciting? Frustrating? All the above?
My very favorite feature of Human Design are what are known as ‘the transformations’ – there are four, and the first is DIGESTION.
Never mind what you eat, how are you eating it?
Are you giving your body the inputs it needs to be able to perform efficient alchemy on your food?
What are the best ways to tinker with your diet?
Truly, this is (I think) the most important piece of Human Design to implement.
We eat every day, multiple times a day.
If you're working with your digestion, a very many things can start to fall into place, not the least of which is the development and expression of your true genius.
I.e. the whole reason you're here doing life.
