Thirty-five years ago, Impact 89FM officially signed on to the FM airwaves for the first time. On this inaugural episode of Behind the Mics, host Tessa Kresch talks with the team of students who were there that night to kick off a new era of radio at Michigan State University: Kevin Curnow, Dawn Paepke, Jim Tarladgis, Steve Simonson, Scott Kunnath and Laura (Valasco) Curnow.
