Haaland at home against a promoted team that conceded 5 goals the last time they went to Manchester. It doesn't get much better than this. We also discuss our plans to banish the memory that Wissa Odegaard and Gonzalo Garcia ever existed, and whether it's too late for Brighton players, too risky for Man City players (not named Haaland) or too early for Aston Villa players.

Yes, we're about to captain a 50-year old Brighton midfielder. But we have reasons. Good reasons. As some clubs would say, we've got irrefutable evidence to back this up. We also chat wildcard picks in every position, with every name from Tzolakis to Affengruber and Gonzalo Garcia to Charalampos Kostoulas discussed.

Are we really about to triple captain Cole Palmer against the best defence in the Premier League? Or are there better opportunities later on? And if you were lucky to escape the horror of WC3 (like us), should we embrace WC4 instead with double Liverpool attack against a Fulham defence that made Tyrick Mitchell look like Roberto Carlos?

We discuss all this and yes, one/both of us WILL be a playing a chip this week, just not the one you think.

Or just chill? You've seen 2 weeks of games, and you're ready to throw out your entire team just to stick with the template? Sell Bruno for Palmer? Pick Cherki instead of Mbeumo? Is Barry a good player now that Everton have more stadiums than strikers? We discuss all this and yes, one of us WILL be a playing a chip this week, just not the one you think.

JPMorgan stocks are high, Bruno and Man Utd look like Spurs last season, Spurs look like Spurs last season, Liverpool look lucky and Arsenal look inevitable. Should we make some early FPL transfers? Wildcard now? Saka or Palmer in? What to do with Ndiaye? Captain Haaland instead of Bruno? We discuss all that and more, without a single advertisement btw.Join our mini-league, code: zaq9dc
