The truest way to love and lead the world in our most vibrant energy is to take back anything that someone has told us to abandon or change... to remember that we're not weeds, but instead vibrant flowers that exist in beauty just as we are!

How the safety and friendship we cultivate with our own soul is sacred work that leads us to show up in the nourished, held and profound ways that we are here to be/do. The longest relationship in this life is the one that we have with ourselves... let's make it a good one :) An intentional, allowed, fulfilled one.
