In this role, she has tried cases and arbitrations in numerous jurisdictions. Betty has also argued appeals in several federal districts and before the Missouri Supreme Court. In fulfilling this not so traditional in-house litigation role, Betty works closely with local counsel in the jurisdictions where her cases are pending. A 1990 graduate of Washington University School of Law, Betty spent her first two years of practice in a local law firm and has spent the remaining 33 years of her practice in-house.
