    I’m in Lanzarote with my wife and three kids, and I’ve done something ridiculously simple.

    I’ve switched off.

    No constant emails. No social media. No endless scrolling.

    And it’s made me realise how much of our attention we give away without even noticing.

    This isn’t about needing a holiday or binning your phone.

    It’s about using technology intentionally and creating a little space for your brain to be quiet.
