Helen Sieroda is an APECS-accredited Master Executive Coach with over 30 years’ experience coaching and mentoring senior leaders. She is founder and director of Wise Goose School of Coaching, a certified B Corp delivering executive coaching and accredited coach training.

Helen’s work is shaped by a lifelong commitment to inclusion, sustainability, and ethical leadership. Formerly a UKCP-registered psychotherapist, she helped establish a psychosynthesis academy in Stockholm and served on the Board of the Psychosynthesis and Education Trust in London for over a decade.

Her background includes roles in management, a degree in Comparative Religion, and a Master’s in Responsibility in Business Practice. Aubyn Howard is the co-founder of Psychosynthesis Coaching Limited and author of Psychosynthesis Leadership Coaching - a psychology of being for a time of crisis (2020).

Aubyn holds an MA in Psychosynthesis Psychology with the London Institute of Psychosynthesis and an MSc in Change Agent Skills and Strategies with the HPRG at Surrey University. He draws upon more than 30 years’ experience as an organisational consultant, facilitator and coach, supporting change and leadership development within organisations across different sectors and cultures. He is a Certified Spiral Dynamics and NLP practitioner, an APECS Accredited Master Executive Coach, an EMCC Senior Practitioner and EMCC Global Coach Supervisor.

Aubyn lives in southern France with his wife Diana. He continues some organisational client work alongside his primary focus on the education and development of leadership coaches and supporting the psychosynthesis coaching community.
