What would happen if we just allowed everyone to be exactly who they were and just observed their behaviors, including ourselves especially. We would learn so much about how truly everyone is in the way we all show up in our lives. Asking ourselves where we can show up without judgement of ourselves and others can be a great tool to understanding where we or someone else is coming from. Does our head and our heart align? How does one truly decipher between the two? The gut plays a huge role too. Paying attention to energies allows for more understanding with what our own truth is regardless of words. Bottom line, actions can speak volumes.

We also get a little crazy...of course we do.

When did we decide that being noticed and acknowledged by others was more important than how we feel in our own bodies? Are we healthy? Are we happy? Do we have love in our lives? What prompts us to criticize ourselves? Is it a weird self protection against rejection? Do we all at some point have a criticizing voice inside of us? Does it all come down to expectation and comparison? These are questions we are asking. It is a wonder that even though we have self awareness and self love, we can still be self critical. It seems crazy that we seem to be hardest on ourselves. What is that all about? It's almost as if we need to see ourselves through the eyes of others. What are your thoughts?
