What prompts us to criticize ourselves? Is it a weird self protection against rejection? Do we all at some point have a criticizing voice inside of us? Does it all come down to expectation and comparison? These are questions we are asking. It is a wonder that even though we have self awareness and self love, we can still be self critical. It seems crazy that we seem to be hardest on ourselves. What is that all about? It's almost as if we need to see ourselves through the eyes of others. What are your thoughts?
