The Philadelphia Eagles’ offense finally showed the explosive growth fans have been waiting for, flashing old-school run-pass balance and sharper play calling against the Dallas Cowboys. Tanner McKee’s performance displayed marked improvement, even as he was pressed into action with injuries in the running back room, dropping back for 35 attempts and responding with poise. Can McKee harness his physical stature and field vision to earn more trust in this West Coast scheme, especially as the Eagles battle to regain their early-season identity?

Run game execution set up effective play-action and opened up passing targets over the middle, reminiscent of the Eagles’ best showings this year. McKee’s decision-making, from confidently running the offense pre-snap to threading passes into tight windows, was on full display, though mistakes—like a predetermined interception to Dallas Goedert—proved costly. As the Commanders loom, the question remains: can this offensive rhythm continue and spark a true turnaround for Philadelphia?
