  • Why Dreams Die and How to Revive a Dead Dream. For the Introspective Introvert.
    2026/07/26

Have you ever carried a dream for so long that it stopped feeling exciting and started feeling heavy?

Maybe you told people about it.

Maybe you planned it in your head for months or even years.

Maybe you still want it, but every time you think about starting, you feel pressure instead of peace.

In this episode, I’m talking about how to revive a dead dream and how to know if the dream is still yours to pursue.

Sometimes dreams do not die because we forgot about them.

Sometimes they die because the weight of our own expectations becomes too much to carry.

The longer we wait, the more pressure we feel to make the dream impressive, polished, and successful right away.

And that pressure can make it even harder to begin.

In this episode, I share a simple way to think about the dreams you have been carrying.

Sometimes the way to wake up a dead dream is to stop talking about it and finally do the smallest version of it.

So if there is something in your heart that has felt too heavy to start, I hope this episode encourages you to pause, pay attention, and take one tiny step.

Maybe your dead dream is not really dead.

Maybe it just needs room to breathe again.

  • When You Gave It Your All, and It Still Didn’t Work. How to Recover From a Failed Dream. For Introverted Dreamers.
    2026/07/12

Have you ever poured your heart into an idea, only to watch it fall flat?

Maybe you set up the page, wrote the emails, built the offer, opened the calendar, and gave it your best.

    And still, nothing happened.

In this episode, I’m talking about what to do with a failed dream and how to keep going when something you hoped for does not pan out.

I share honestly about my own graveyard of dreams: books that did not sell, writing workshops that barely took off, a merch business that went nowhere, and ideas I really believed in that simply did not work.

It is painful to experience a failed dream. When a dream comes up short, it can make you question yourself.

It can make you wonder if you heard God wrong, missed something important, or maybe just do not have what it takes.

But I do not believe failure has to be the end of the story.

Sometimes, the thing that did not work becomes the very thing that teaches you what to do next.

In this episode, I walk through three things to consider when you're staring down a failed dream.

I know what it feels like to try and feel like you came up short.

But I also know that regret is heavier than trying and failing.

So if you have it in you, I hope you get up again.

    I hope you try again.

    I hope you dream again.

Your failed dream may not be the end.

It may be a pointer to what comes next.

  • Why Do I Feel Lost in Life? for Introverts Who Are Ready to Ditch Fear and Be All They Were Meant to Be
    2026/06/28

Do you ever find yourself asking, “Why do I feel lost?”

Maybe life looks fine on the outside, but on the inside, you feel disconnected from yourself.

You’re doing the things you’re supposed to do, showing up where you’re supposed to show up, and maybe even staying inside your comfort zone because it feels safer there.

But deep down, something still feels off.

In this episode, I’m asking the question “why do I feel lost?” and reflecting on chapter 19 of The Next Right Thing by Emily P. Freeman, called Come Home to Yourself. This chapter invites us to pay attention to the relationship we often forget: the relationship we have with ourselves.

This episode is for the introvert, dreamer, or purpose-driven person who feels disconnected, unsure, or afraid to trust themselves.

Maybe you’ve wondered what your gifts are.

Maybe you’ve questioned what God created you to do.

Maybe you’ve dismissed the kind words people have spoken over you because it felt easier to focus on your doubts.

But what if those words are hints?

What if God has been using your life, your desires, your relationships, and even the encouragement of trusted people to show you who you are?

If you’ve been asking “why do I feel lost?”, maybe the next right thing is not to chase a whole new life.

Maybe it is to notice where you have felt most alive.

Where you have felt most yourself.

Where you have seen God’s fingerprints in your personality, your gifts, your longings, and your story.

Send me an email and tell me: when was the last time you felt most like yourself?

Share this episode with a friend who feels disconnected or unsure of their next step.

Leave a review and let me know what stood out to you from this conversation.
