If you want it done, track it. Dr. Maddy discovered that most of the time, her clinicians weren't even aware of some of the issues with their numbers. As soon as she made them aware and started sharing the tracking with them, it was an immediate change! Dr. Maddy shares the two metrics she finds the most important to track to know the health of the clinic.
