The Dark Watchers of California

Witnesses describe them the same way: tall men, wearing capes or cloaks, with a walking stick by its side, and wide a wide-brimmed hat. In fact, the Spanish colonizers also saw them, calling them "Los vigilantes oscuros", the Dark Watchers. We'll take a look at the legends and verify the information that circulates about these beings making themselves known for 13,000 years.
We end the story with true terrifying accounts from credible people who have spotted them. Who, or what, could they be?
