# The Daily Trend Report with giovanni gallucci: September 19, 2026 Good morning. This is giovanni gallucci, joined by Chloe Dawn and Rachel Donovan, and this is the Daily Trend Report. Morning. ## In this episode **Social Media.** Travis pulled something off YouTube's own research desk this week, and it's the kind of thing that ruins a monthly report. Culture and Trends surveyed thousands of people between fourteen and forty-four and asked them how they know when something has actually gone mainstream. **Clean Label Food and Beverage.** Travis had a number in there I had to read three times. Amylu Foods. **Content Creation Tactics.** Eddie sent over a Marketing Dive interview that I think is the single most useful thing on the tactics desk this week, and it's an Applebee's story, which I honestly did not expect to say out loud. Their chief marketing officer, Michelle Chin, went on the record this week about the O-M-Cheeseburger. ## Quick takeaways - Pull your top post from the last ninety days and read every single comment. If nobody in there names the product, that post was decoration, and you should say that out loud in your next meeting. - Rebuild one format so a customer could shoot it with a phone on a kitchen counter, then go ask three of them to try it. - Add a line to your monthly report right under reach. Call it "made their own version," and put a real number in it, even when the number is zero. - Write down the narrowest thing you are genuinely best at, with a number attached if you've got one, and make that the first line of your bio today. - Kill any caption that would still make sense if a competitor posted it word for word. If it's swappable, it was never yours. - Pick one segment word and use it in every post for thirty days. Boring to you is memorable to them. - Open your best post of the last year and find the noun customers keep using that your marketing has never said. That noun is your next thing. - Make the smallest possible version of what the comments asked for, this month. One batch, one flavor, one weekend. - Screen record the comment that started it, date it, and post the outcome. Including when the outcome was bad. ## Sources cited - Daily cross-LLM trend reports: ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Grok, and Copilot ## About the show The Daily Trend Report is a daily briefing on social media, clean-label food and beverage, and content, social, and AI for operators.
