In organizations I have had the privilege of leading, I have had to make numerous hiring, firing, and promotion decisions. As a Christian, I needed to go to the Scripture to help me make biblically-sound, God-honoring decisions. If you are a Christian leader thinking about hiring somebody in your organization, I’ve got some thoughts for you on this episode of The Podcast.

Jesus used more work examples to talk about the Kingdom of God than He did worship examples. He also said the Holy Spirit would teach us to work as Jesus did while we are on earth.
