概要
Imagine being so cold your core temperature drops to 91 degrees Fahrenheit, your hands too numb to open a jar holding the evidence that could expose a two-decade-long deception. This is the chilling reality of Raymond Hensley, a man who willingly gave up everything, only to find himself trapped in a cult. How did an organized, reliable artist become entangled in such a pervasive scheme?
In this episode, we explore the story of Raymond Hensley, a commercial illustrator from Ohio, and his journey into The Forge Residency Collective. We delve into how a seemingly legitimate arts program, founded by Wayne Holt, slowly stripped away the autonomy of its residents through subtle manipulations, and how Raymond ultimately gathered the proof that would dismantle the operation.
