  • Stronger, Softer, Healed: Redefining My Latina Body
    2026/04/24

This week, Vee gets raw and honest about weight gain, body image, and the toxic norms so many of us grew up with in Latino households. After a quick life update on mom guilt, Vivi’s allergies, cheer competitions, and the chaos of spring cleaning, she opens up about her lifelong struggle to gain weight and the shock (and joy) of finally seeing the scale go up at a recent doctor’s visit. Instead of chasing “smaller,” she shares why her dream body is about strength, health, and feeling good, not fitting into anyone else’s standards. Vee dives into how normalized it is in our culture to comment on kids’ bodies, give nicknames like flaquita or gordita, and make jokes that actually leave deep scars and shape how we see ourselves for years. She reflects on unlearning that toxicity, breaking those patterns for the next generation, and reclaiming the way we talk about our own bodies at home. She shares the affirmations and mindset shifts that are helping her heal, build self-worth from the inside out, and give other mujeres permission to honor their own journeys whether they’re trying to lose, gain, or simply feel at peace in their skin.

  • Spanish Baddie 101: Cuss Words, Coachella & Chisme
    2026/04/17

In this spicy episode, Vee kicks things off with a candid catch-up about spring break, underboob sweat, and a spontaneous family beach day that has her reflecting on her own childhood and the “cool mom” who inspired the way she parents now. She then dives into all the messy reality TV she’s been binging—Love Overboard, Temptation Island, Perfect Match, Love Island, and Beyond the Villa—sharing her opinions on the cast, relationships, and why these shows have her in a chokehold. Vee also celebrates Karol G making history as the first Latina to headline Coachella and unpacks the complicated pressure Latin artists face when speaking out on immigration and ICE. To close, she taps into full “Spanish baddie 101” mode with a funny mini-lesson on Puerto Rican Spanish curse words, giving her listeners a playful crash course in how to insult like a real boricua.

  • Breaking Cycles As A Latina Mama
    2026/04/10

In this episode of The Chisme Coroner, Vee catches you up on spring break life, from museum-hopping in Washington D.C. and soaking in art and history, to outlet shopping, Disney Crocs, and experimenting with new styles as she navigates her mid-30s and tries to “elevate” her look. Then she gets vulnerable about intentional parenting as a Puerto Rican mom—what it means to parent on purpose instead of autopilot, to choose connection over control, and to raise an emotionally healthy child while still healing her own childhood wounds. Vee opens up about breaking generational cycles around fear, yelling, and emotional suppression, learning to set boundaries without screaming, apologizing to her daughter when she’s wrong, and re-parenting the little girl inside her who didn’t always feel heard. At the heart of it all, she shares her desire to raise a strong, confident, emotionally safe Latina daughter who doesn’t have to recover from her childhood, and speaks directly to all the parents who are healing and breaking cycles while still showing up every day, even when they’re not okay.

  • Non-Negotiables in my 30s
    2026/04/03

In this episode, Vee invites you into a cozy life catch-up before diving deep into the heart work of your 30s. She shares spring break plans, outlet trips, Easter prep, and quality-time traditions with her daughter from roller skating dates to Gilmore Girls nights . She opens up about the realities of mom life when your kids’ schedules leave you missing them all day. She also talks about the bittersweet side of long-distance friendship, and how much it means when your best friend feels more like family.

Then Vee gets real about her non-negotiables in her 30s—the standards she now refuses to bend on. She breaks down why her peace comes before proving a point, how she’s learned to set boundaries without guilt, and why she’s done with one-sided relationships that leave her feeling like an afterthought. Vee talks about meeting people where they meet you and letting go of invisible expectations. She also shares how being selective with access, trusting her intuition, and treating privacy as a luxury have completely changed her life.

If you’re in your 30s (or any age) trying to protect your energy, love your people better, and choose yourself without guilt, this episode will feel like a soul check-in with your Latina Amiga who gets it.

  • Building Better Habits, Big Decisions & Reality TV Toxicity
    2026/03/27

Vee is back with life updates, mama real talk, and plenty of Chisme. She shares how changing agencies and building a new home office has changed her content creator workflow, plus the small daily habits she’s using to be more intentional in her 30s. She then opens up about Vivi’s experience in Delaware public school—constant substitutes, too much Chromebook time, and kids falling behind—and why she’s seriously considering homeschooling.

To close, Vee dives into the latest drama from The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives and Taylor Frankie Paul, the pulled Bachelorette season, toxic patterns, and how reality TV mixes real-life pain with entertainment. She shows love for women like Miranda, Whitney, and Jesse while still calling out messy behavior and the lack of accountability. Next week, Vee will be breaking down her non-negotiables in her 30s and what intentional parenting looks like for her.

  • This Is YOUR Motherf***in Program
    2026/03/11

After an unexpected week off, I’m back with a life update packed episode, chismosas! We catch up on everything from my latest obsessions (hello, HydroJug and dirty sodas) to finally getting all my doctor’s appointments in, including a full-body skin check and saying goodbye to my emotional support skin tag. I share how Vivi’s cheer season wrapped up with a rollercoaster state competition, and we dive deep into the latest season of Love Is Blind—who fumbled, who settled, who should’ve never been on the show, and why I feel so strongly about parents bringing kids into these experiments.

We also talk Bad Bunny and Gabriela allegedly being so back, and what that says about privacy, PR relationships, and real love.

To close, I get real about career pivots in your 30s and beyond: the pressure women feel to be “on time,” what it’s like to question your path at 34–35, and why it is never too late to reinvent yourself, start over, or build the life you actually want. This is your program. You can become the woman you were meant to be at any age!

If you’ve been feeling “behind” in life, this episode is your reminder that you’re not behind at all... you’re just becoming.

  • Choosing Yourself: Divorce, Infertility, and Postpartum with Britney Del Sol
    2026/02/25

In this heartfelt episode, Vee sits down with influencer and corporate baddie Britney Del Sol to talk about the messy, beautiful realities of womanhood, walking away from a “good guy” marriage that didn’t truly make her happy, facing infertility and being told she’d likely need IVF, and then unexpectedly getting pregnant in a new, healthier relationship that felt magnetic from day one. Britney opens up about the stigma of divorce in Hispanic culture, the invisible mental load women carry, the complex emotions of being a stepmom and trying to keep the peace in a blended family, and the way trauma, stress and environment can show up in our bodies. She also shares her raw experience with postpartum depression, feeling like she lost herself, and the slow process of reclaiming her identity through therapy, girls’ nights, getting ready again, and giving herself permission to be “a mom first, but a bad bitch immediately after.” If you’re in a waiting season—whether it’s love, babies, healing, or just figuring out who you are now—this conversation will make you feel seen, validated, and a little less alone.

  • By The Way, I'm Getting Married..
    2026/02/18

The Charlie's Angels are back! In this episode, Vee sits down with her sister Jessica and their family friend Shawna to recap how they pulled off a beautiful, intimate Valentine’s Day wedding in just a couple of weeks. AND on a serious budget! They talk Walmart cake wins, Olive Garden catering, City Hall chapel surprises, and why a small family-only ceremony ended up feeling perfect. Jessica tells the story of how this whole thing started: the three of them were just hanging out playing cards when she casually dropped, “Oh, by the way, we’re getting married on Valentine’s Day” in about two weeks. What she envisioned as a simple, intimate moment with just her parents, her sister, and close family turned into a full-on mission for Vee and Shawna to give her the special day she truly deserved. They prove you can have a meaningful wedding without going into debt. They talk about how rare it is to see a family that consistently shows up for each other, and why starting a marriage with love and stability matters more than fancy centerpieces. Shawna also opens up about where she is in her own relationship journey. She jokes about having “wife energy” without a husband yet and talks about being back on the dating apps!

If you love cozy, candid conversations about marriage, money, motherhood, vacations, and the kind of friendships and family bonds that make everything feel possible, this episode will feel like you’re right there at the table with them.
