Luna tells the story of Esther, a woman living in a shack on Mirlo Beach near Pea Island, who starts hearing a chain clinking in the dark. On the summer solstice, she follows the sound and finds a length of chain half-buried in the wet sand, leading out into the surf. When she pulls, it sings a low note—and the note changes with every pull. As she hauls, the water rises strangely, and something rises with it. A hand breaks the surface, then a face, with eyes like green sea glass. The chain is around its neck. Esther drops it and runs, but the song doesn't stop. Years later, Luna still hears that note when the tide is right, especially in June. A quiet, lingering tale of what the ocean keeps. #OuterBanksDrowned #MirloBeach #PeaIsland #TheChainThatSang #Esther #Drowned #SummerSolstice #Tide #SeaGlassEyes #ChainSong #NorthCarolinaHorror #BeachHorror #SoloNarrated #FexingoHorror #HorrorPodcast #PodcastEpisode84 #OceanMystery #LunaVoice Keep every episode free: buymeacoffee.com/fexingo
