For years I had what I call the "Half-Ass Insurance Policy."

I'd start projects, make videos, write newsletters, and delete them all. College. Bali. Over and over again.

If I never fully committed, I could always tell myself: I didn't really try. So it doesn't count as failure.

Then I got engaged to Elle. And everything changed.

In this video I'm breaking down my latest newsletter "I'm All In", what it actually means to commit fully, why so many of us (especially men) are running from the one thing we're meant to do, and what happened when I finally stopped protecting myself and showed up.

In this comprehensive life update episode, I break down the wildest year of my life.

After disappearing from newsletters for 12 months, I'm back to share the full story: becoming a hermit with Elle, recording 40+ podcast episodes, building multiple communities across 30 countries, hosting a men's retreat, hiring and firing employees, and learning what it actually takes to be a CEO.

But beyond the business wins, I dive into the deeper transformation, having difficult conversations with friends and family, stopping all proactive outreach, embracing being "weird”, and fully surrendering to divine flow.

I share why people thought I went crazy, why my uncle called concerned, how I learned to stop caring about others' opinions, and why the most transformational year of your life often requires you to let go of who you thought you had to be.
