In today’s video, we take a close look at a true neo-vintage gem: the iconic two-tone 36mm Rolex Datejust. Think Miami Vice vibes — steel and gold, timeless swagger. 🏖️🕶️

Why do I LOVE this watch?

✅ Price: On the secondary market, you can score a complete set for well under $10k — typically between $5k and $8k depending on condition and dial (with diamond markers pushing to the higher end).

✅ Design: It still looks nearly identical to today’s modern 36mm Datejust — Rolex knows how to keep it classic. Most people would never guess these watches are now 30-40 years old! That’s the beauty of timeless design.

What to watch out for:⚠️ Condition matters! You’ll want to avoid common issues like patina dials, saggy bracelets, aftermarket parts, or poor movement performance.
