When coming up to end of financial year, it's often a good time to review pays. While you don't have to align your planning with the tax year, it's common to do so, and a good idea to align your pay reviews with customer prices and budgeting to give you the best chance of achieving your profit goals. Don't neglect this important area of people management because underpaid staff could turn into your worse nightmare.
