  • Sophie Bertrand: Stop Being So HARD On Yourself.
    2026/09/02

Why are we always SO much harder on ourselves when we’re already struggling? 🥲

This week I’m joined by Sophie Bertrand to talk about what actually happens when you stop showing up for yourself — and why the way you speak to yourself might matter more than you realise.

Sophie opens up about going through one of the hardest periods of her life after having her first son, struggling with her mental health, and the huge difference she noticed when she started changing the way she spoke to herself. We talk about that horrible little voice in your head telling you “I can’t do this”, and what can happen when you start replacing it with “I CAN do this.”

We also get into food and wellness because, honestly, there is SO much conflicting advice online. Eat this. Don’t eat that. Do this workout. Avoid that ingredient. Sophie explains why two people can eat and exercise in exactly the same way and still feel completely different — and why constantly trying to do everything “right” can make you stop listening to yourself.

And obviously, we had to bring it back to heartbreak. ❤️‍🩹

Because when you’re going through a breakup or just a really shiiiiit period of your life, taking care of yourself can be the first thing to disappear. Maybe you’re barely eating. Maybe you’re eating everything. Maybe you can’t be bothered to shower, get dressed or do any of the little things that normally make you feel like you.

Sophie explains why sometimes, without even realising it, we start punishing ourselves when we’re already going through enough — and why showing up for yourself in the smallest ways can make such a difference.

We also chat about Sophie’s journey creating Serene, her clean, non-toxic fragrance ritual designed to help you pause, breathe and return to yourself, which launches this October. Sophie takes us behind the scenes of actually building the brand — from coming up with the idea to developing the product, dealing with delays and learning that sometimes you have to stop obsessing over the entire plan and just take the next step.

If you’ve been feeling a bit lost, overwhelmed, heartbroken, burnt out, or you’ve just realised you haven’t been taking very good care of yourself lately... this episode is your reminder to stop being so HARD on yourself. 🤍

  • You’re NOT Behind. Stop Trying To Have Your Life Figured Out.
    2026/08/27

Does anyone else feel like they were supposed to have their life together by now... because SAME. 🙃

I’m 26 and for some reason I genuinely thought that by this age I’d have everything a little more figured out. A steady career, maybe a boyfriend, a clear plan for what I actually want to do with my life... meanwhile I currently have about 500 different ideas and absolutely no idea which one I’m supposed to choose. 😂

In this solo episode, we’re talking about that horrible feeling of being “behind” in your 20s. Watching people around you get engaged, have babies, move countries, buy houses, smash their careers and seemingly know exactly where their life is going... while you’re sitting there wondering if you’re even on the right path.

I’m sharing all the things currently going around in my head — wanting to move to New York, grow the podcast, buy a property, do my Pilates instructor course, start a fashion brand... basically wanting to do EVERYTHING and then getting so overwhelmed by all the options that I end up questioning all of them.

We also get into comparison, procrastination disguised as “research”, being scared of wasting time or money, caring way too much about what other people think, and why sometimes you just need to give the idea you can’t stop thinking about a go.

Because maybe the problem isn’t that you don’t have your life figured out. Maybe you’re putting way too much pressure on yourself to know what the next 10 years are supposed to look like.

So instead of asking yourself “What am I going to do with my life?” maybe there’s a much easier question:

“What do I want to do next?”

If you’re in your 20s, feeling behind, changing your mind every five minutes or watching everyone else’s lives and wondering what you’re doing with yours... this episode is for you. 🤍

  • Najwa Zebian: The Person Who Broke You CAN’T Heal You.
    2026/08/19

If you’re still waiting for an apology, closure, or one last conversation with the person who hurt you... you NEED to hear this one. ❤️‍🩹

This week I’m joined by bestselling author Najwa Zebian, and honestly, this conversation completely changed the way I think about healing after someone breaks your heart.

We talk about why we stay in relationships we know aren’t right for us, the difference between a rough patch and an actual deal breaker, and why we can become so obsessed with trying to “fix” something that is only hurting us more. Najwa also explains why leaving can feel SO scary, even when deep down you know it’s what you need to do.

And obviously, we had to talk about closure. Why do we convince ourselves we need one last conversation? Why do we want them to finally understand how badly they hurt us? And would getting the apology we’ve been waiting for actually make us feel any better? Because sometimes the closure you’re desperately trying to get from them is something you have to give yourself.

We also get into toxic relationships, ignoring your intuition, giving someone one too many chances, the post-breakup “glow up”, and Najwa’s Never Again List — aka deciding what you will NEVER accept from someone again.

This genuinely felt like one big therapy session and there were sooo many moments where I was thinking, okay... I needed to hear that.

If you’re struggling to let someone go, still waiting for them to give you the closure you deserve, or wondering why you keep going back to someone who has already shown you who they are... this episode is for you.

Because the one who broke you can’t be the person you rely on to heal you. 🤍

And make sure you check out Najwa’s new book, The One Who Broke You Can’t Heal You, out August 25th. If you’re going through heartbreak or trying to heal from someone who hurt you, this book is basically made for you. ❤️‍🩹
