Coach T shares her remarkable journey from swimmer to head coach and how she turned a struggling team of fewer than 10 swimmers into a thriving, championship-caliber program of nearly 40 athletes.

Taking over as Head Coach in 2017, Coach T committed herself to mastering the sport, learning every rule, and developing the leadership skills necessary to build a culture of excellence.
