Coach T shares her remarkable journey from swimmer to head coach and how she turned a struggling team of fewer than 10 swimmers into a thriving, championship-caliber program of nearly 40 athletes.

    Taking over as Head Coach in 2017, Coach T committed herself to mastering the sport, learning every rule, and developing the leadership skills necessary to build a culture of excellence. Her efforts paid off as she led the Makos to back-to-back 2nd Place finishes at the Heartland Regional YMCA Championships while helping student-athletes earn opportunities for college swim scholarships.
