Throughout the last 20 years I’ve been challenged and forced to look at this so deeply, and now I see that your body is the very thing that will reveal to you your highest path and timeline. I’ve said it before and I’m sure you’ve heard it — but the most important relationships you’ll ever have is with your Self and your body.
