In this episode, I teach and encourage you to bless people.

A blessing is expressing, in faith, the good you desire God to accomplish in another person's life.

Four parts of a blessing:

1. Name
2. Invocation (Invite God's action): "May the Lord..."
3. Petition (Ask for God's gift): "...give you success..."
4. Situation (Connect it to their life.): "...as you begin your new job."

Example:

• "David, may the Lord give you success as you begin your new role at work."
• "Sarah, the Lord surround you with His peace during this difficult season."
• "Ted, may you see the good in people, be gentle with your words, and kind in your actions.
