    Episode Description:

In this beautiful, expansive episode, MJ is joined by feminine embodiment coach and healer Amy Natalie Pamensky to explore what it really means to live in your feminine energy—not as a trend, but as a deep remembering.

    Together, they unpack:

    • The difference between performing femininity vs. embodying it
    • How hustle culture disconnects us from our cyclical nature
    • Why softness, intuition, and slowness are not weaknesses but portals to power
    • How trauma and the nervous system shape how safe we feel expressing the feminine
    • Somatic practices to reconnect with your body and intuition
    • Breathwork and energetic rituals to deepen into the feminine

Amy shares her personal story of moving from burnout and overachieving into a more magnetic, receptive way of being—and the challenges of unlearning productivity as self-worth.

This is a conversation for the women remembering who they are. The ones ready to melt, receive, trust, and lead from a place of softness and depth.

How Trauma Gets Stored in the Body — And Why Breathwork Helps Release It

    🌀 Episode Summary:

Trauma isn’t just something we think about — it’s something we store. In this powerful solo episode, MJ dives deep into the science and spirit of trauma storage in the body, and why breathwork is one of the most effective tools for release.

You’ll learn how trauma imprints on the fascia, water content, and even the cellular and genetic layers of the body — and how breathwork creates the safety and space needed for these emotional memories to finally move.

This episode blends physiology, somatics, and spirituality — all grounded in science — to help you understand why your body holds on, and how to begin letting go.

Whether you're on a healing journey or guiding others through theirs, this episode is a must-listen.

🔍 In this episode, MJ explores:

    • Why trauma is biological, not just psychological
    • How fascia acts as an emotional storage system
    • The role of structured water and emotional frequency
    • How cellular memory and epigenetics carry trauma through generations
    • What happens in the body during breathwork
    • Somatic signs of emotional release: yawning, crying, shaking, and more
    • Why conscious breath is a direct portal to healing
