I have spent a lot of my life believing that rest was something I earned after I finished everything. The problem is everything never finishes.

This is the last episode I'm recording in this home. I filmed it from my bed, because I finished packing yesterday, still had a list, and got too tired to sit up at my desk. I stopped anyway.

This episode is what it actually looks like to heal from burnout with God. Not perfectly, not with a five-step formula. Rest is not a reward for being productive. It's a practice, and I'm still learning it myself.

She stopped trusting God. Not because He failed her. Because the season got so dark she stopped being able to see Him in it.

A woman sent that message to Sarah's DMs this week. And Sarah gets it.
