WWE cultural awareness is under the microscope after Trick Williams’ “Lemon Pepper Steppers” shirt was pulled from WWE Shop. We break down why the merch controversy has sparked questions about whether WWE needs more culturally informed voices involved in its creative and product decisions.

The conversation also tackles WWE vs. AEW in Chicago, as WWE held its AAA Premium Live Event at Allstate Arena in Rosemont while AEW All Out took place in nearby Hoffman Estates. Does scheduling major pro wrestling events in the same market keep fan tribalism alive?

Plus, we review Trick Williams defeating Baron Corbin in a cage to win the U.S. Title, rank the current Money in the Bank qualifiers, and debate whether CM Punk belongs in the Men’s Money in the Bank match. The women’s field is taking shape too, with Sol Ruca, Lola Vice, Jacy Jayne, Roxanne Perez, and Lash Legend already in the mix.

Finally: Do we really need Nikki Bella vs. Chelsea Green for the WWE Women’s Championship? Drop your take in the comments—and subscribe for sharp WWE, AEW, and pro wrestling conversations.
