  • How Aerial Yoga Is Taught Worldwide | AntiGravity Man Flycast Ep. 5 ft Darlene Casanova
    2026/08/11

In this episode my guest is Darlene Casanova, AntiGravity's Director of Training and Curriculum and one of my oldest friends. Darlene and I met in college more than forty years ago, she the star of the dance program, me a gymnast learning to move. We both went on to Broadway and international stages, and years later she became the first AntiGravity licensee in the country outside New York and the person who shaped the technique into a method the whole world could learn. She joins me from our newest studio, AntiGravity Lab NOLA in New Orleans.

We get into all of it. How we built the AntiGravity movement vocabulary together in a borrowed gym at night. How she took a method born from champion gymnasts and made it accessible to every body, of every age. Creating AntiGravity Just Kids from watching children play. What it really means to be the caretaker of a technique, so that a class in one country teaches the same thing as a class on the other side of the world. And why, after four decades, she still believes the work is about the process, not the product.

If you already know AntiGravity, welcome home. If you are new, welcome aboard.

Hidden in the force that pulls us down is the energy to lift us up. Fly high.

  • How I Manifested My Dream Role in A Chorus Line | AntiGravity Flycast Ep 04 ft Linda Talcott Lee
    2026/07/29

In this episode my guest is Linda Talcott Lee, the Emmy award-winning choreographer and Broadway performer her friends call Tally. Years ago Tally cast me in my dream role, Mike in A Chorus Line, the show that changed the trajectory of my life.

We get into all of it. How I visualized my way onto that stage long before I knew the word manifestation. How Michael Bennett created something that revived Broadway when New York was nearly bankrupt, and gave the professional dancer real respect for the first time. The question the show asks every night, "What will you do when you can't dance anymore, when you can no longer do the thing you love?" and how facing it shaped the way I built AntiGravity, and why, decades on, Tally is still dancing, still choreographing, and still proving that a life in movement does not have to end when the world says it should.

  • How She Built Aerial Yoga Across Italy | AntiGravity Flycast Ep. #03 ft Sayonara Motta
    2026/07/15

In this episode my guest is Sayonara Motta, the woman who built AntiGravity across Italy. A competitive athlete from Brazil in rhythmic gymnastics and aerobics, she found the AntiGravity hammock at a point when years of training and stress had worn her body down, and it gave her a way back to movement without the impact.

Over more than fifteen years she has grown one of AntiGravity's strongest communities anywhere, building hundreds of studios and training thousands of instructors.

We talk about her path from athlete to leader, the transformation the hammock brought to her own body, why Italians embraced a practice that turns you upside down, and the loyalty and community that hold it all together. Her line for the whole conversation: your mission became my mission.

  • Taking Aerial Yoga Across the World | AntiGravity Flycast Ep #02 Ft. Tamer Begum
    2026/07/01

In this episode my guest is Tamer Begum, and our story goes back further than most. Tamer is my nephew. Long before AntiGravity Fitness existed, I hung a hammock in his living room in Salt Lake City and let him and his cousins play. The moves they came up with there became part of what we teach today. He grew up to become a master instructor and the person who carried AntiGravity across Asia, building communities in Hong Kong, Japan, Thailand, the Philippines, and Taiwan. We talk about testing the first hammock as a kid, taking the technique onto a university campus, teaching children for years, raising his own son inside this practice, and the lesson he keeps coming back to: that community matters more than any program or product you could offer.

  • What Is AntiGravity? Movement, Wellness & Longevity | AntiGravity Flycast Ep 01
    2026/06/17

Gravity has been shaping your body since the day you were born. Your posture, your breath, your recovery, the way you age. Most people never notice what it is doing until something hurts.

The AntiGravity Man Flycast is where we change that.

I'm Christopher Harrison, founder of AntiGravity. I built AntiGravity in New York City from a performance company into a movement system used in studios around the world, and along the way it taught me something bigger than fitness. It taught me how the body holds on, breaks down, recovers, and lifts back up.

This show is where I share what I have learned and where I keep learning out loud. Expect conversations on movement, recovery, performance, longevity, and what I call gravity literacy: working with the force that pulls on you instead of paying its tax in silence.

This episode is just me, but starting in episode 2 we will have some amazing guests. We will bring in performers, instructors, and thinkers from inside the AntiGravity world and far outside it, people who help widen the conversation around the body and how we live in it.

If you already know AntiGravity, welcome home. If you are new, welcome aboard.
