  • DAY 7 — EAST: The Mind ✨
    2026/02/02

We’re closing out Week One, Day 7 of the Shadow Work Video Series, mi gente.
This week we’ve been sitting in the EAST of the Medicine Wheel — the realm of the mind. This is where our mental shadows live… our beliefs, our conditioning, our ancestral programs.

Today’s reflection is simple but potent:
👉 What’s a limiting belief that once protected you… but now cages you?

Maybe it kept you safe at one point. Maybe it helped you survive.
But ahora? It’s just holding you hostage.

    So today, we release it.
    Write it down.
    Light your candle.
    Burn that shit.
    And say it out loud:
“This no longer owns me. I am free.”

🔥 The contract with survival mode is officially OVER.
You’re not here to stay small.
Step out of the cage — and into your freedom.

  • DAY 6: SHADOW WORK SERIES
    2026/01/31

    Today’s question cuts deep:
What truth am I terrified to speak out loud?

    This one?
Not for the faint of heart.

This is for the brave soul who is exhausted from shrinking.
    Tired of hiding.
Tired of betraying their own spirit just to keep everyone else comfortable.

Because the truth you’re afraid to say?
    That’s not the problem.

    That’s the doorway.
    That’s the key.
    That’s the medicine.

In this episode, I don’t just speak my truth—I claim it.
    I cast it.
I breathe life back into the parts of myself that were silenced for survival.

And I invite you to do the same.

Because when you finally name what you’ve been avoiding…
When you dare to say the unspeakable…
When you stop swallowing your truth to keep the peace…

    That’s when real healing begins.

    So don’t rush this one.
    Sit with it.
Say it out loud—even if your voice shakes.
Let it move through your body. Let it rewrite your reality.

Your truth isn’t here to destroy you.
It’s here to set you free.

  • DAY 5: SHADOW WORK SERIES!
    2026/01/30

Today’s question is simple… and dangerous in the best way:
What story do I tell about myself that keeps me small?

    Bebé… we need to talk.
And I’m saying this with love—and a little tough tía energy.

That whole “I’m just not that type of person” narrative?
Yeah… that’s probably not your personality.

    That’s your trauma costume, mami.
And you’ve been wearing it so long, you think it’s your skin.

    You’re not “too shy.”
You were trained to be quiet.

    You’re not “not a leader.”
You were taught it wasn’t safe to be powerful.

    You’re not “low maintenance.”
You just got used to not being prioritized.

Let’s be real for a second.
Half the internet is out here selling self-love in cute Canva quotes while still living in “I’m not the type” trauma loops.

    And you?
You’re over here convincing yourself you’re not made for more—when the truth is, you ARE the more.
You just don’t recognize yourself without the shrinkage.

So today, we rip up the script.

    Ask yourself:
👉🏽 What story am I telling myself that’s keeping me small?
👉🏽 Who gave me that story?
👉🏽 And what would change if I stopped believing it?

You do not owe loyalty to the version of you that was built on survival.
It’s safe to outgrow the coping mechanisms that got you here.
It’s safe to be loud, seen, soft, powerful, and tender—all at the same time.

    Because let’s be honest…

    The “small” you?
That was never the real you anyway.

Drop the story that’s gotta GO.
    We’re burning that sh*t together. 🔥

  • 🧠 DAY 4 — SHADOW WORK SERIES
    2026/01/29

Today’s question is a real one:
Where do I intellectually know I’m worthy… but still don’t feel it in my bones?

Whew. This one grabbed me by the edge of my hoop earrings and sat me all the way down.

Because let’s be honest—a lot of us know we’re worthy.
    We say the affirmations.
    We’ve read the books.
We’re doing the therapy, the healing, the spiritual work.

But if you still feel like you have to hustle for love…
    Overachieve for validation…
Or stay perfect just to be accepted…

Baby, that’s not a motivation problem.
    That’s a wound.

That’s the gap between what you know in your mind and what your body still believes.

Shadow work isn’t always crying into a candle or pulling cards—it’s realizing that perfectionism can be a trauma response. That your inner niña, that little girl inside of you, learned early that love had to be earned. That peace came from productivity. That rest meant laziness or danger.

    But that’s not truth.
    That’s conditioning.

So today, I’m inviting you to get radically honest with yourself.
Ask: Where do I know I’m worthy—but still don’t feel it?
What part of me is still trying to earn space, affection, or success?

And when you find her, be gentle.

That version of you wasn’t created to be shamed.
    She was built for protection.
And now? She’s ready to be freed.

If you feel called to work with me, I’d love to have you—but as always, follow your intuition when choosing any spiritual advisor, even if that means you don’t work with me.

And if this series is helping you, please support it in whatever way you can—like, comment, share, or even send it to yourself. These platforms don’t pay me or monetize this work, but your engagement keeps this medicine moving.

    Thank you for being here.
    I love you.
    And we keep going. 💛🔥

  • 🧠 DAY 3 — SHADOW WORK SERIES
    2026/01/28

Whew… today goes straight to the corazón.

    Today’s question is this:
What is my inner critic actually trying to protect me from?

That voice in your head—the one that second-guesses you, keeps you “in check,” whispers that you’re not ready yet or not good enough—that voice is not your enemy. She’s not here to sabotage you. She’s a protector that was born in a season of survival.

That inner critic is a wounded ancestor.
    A younger version of you.
A voice shaped by fear, conditioning, and lived experience.

She learned early that being seen could be dangerous.
That being bold could lead to rejection, punishment, or loss.
So she adapted. She learned to shrink. To scan for danger. To keep you safe by keeping you small.

But here’s the truth, amor—we are no longer in survival mode.
We’re in a season of healing. Of expansion. Of remembering who we are.

And healing doesn’t mean silencing that voice.
It means listening with compassion—without handing her the steering wheel.

Today’s work is about sitting with your inner critic and asking her what she’s afraid of. What she’s been trying to prevent. What she thinks would happen if you fully stepped into your power.

    You can love her.
    You can thank her.
But you don’t have to let her run your life anymore.

  • 🧠 SEASON 3 — DAY 2: SHADOW WORK CONTINUES
    2026/01/27

Today’s question cuts straight through the mental body:

Who told you that you had to be perfect to be loved?

Because whew… a lot of us were programmed early—by family, culture, religion, or survival—to believe love was conditional. That we had to earn it. Perform for it. Be smaller, quieter, stronger, prettier, more successful, less “problematic.”

    Nah. Absolutely not.

Today we go into the mental shadows and ancestral programming that taught us love equals perfection. We call it out. We dismantle it. We stop auditioning for acceptance.

If you’ve ever felt like you had to:
    – shrink to be safe
    – hustle to be chosen
    – fix yourself to be worthy

    This episode is for you.

🪞 Today’s work starts in the mirror. And yes, it might sting—but liberation usually does before it feels good.

To everyone who’s been rocking with me since Boundary Boot Camp, Ancestral Healing, and beyond—gracias from the deepest part of my corazón. The messages, the DMs, the prayers, the comments, the love… I feel all of it.

I create this work straight from Spirit and my own healing.
No sponsors. No ads. No monetization.
Just showing up for our collective liberation.

If this space has ever supported you—through a post, a prayer, a ritual, a reminder, a laugh, or a loving spiritual ass-whooping—please support the work by:

    🌀 Watching the full episode
💬 Leaving a comment (even an emoji counts)
📲 Sharing it with someone who needs it
📡 Posting it to your stories or page

That’s how we beat the algorithm.
That’s how we keep healing accessible.
That’s how we keep this community alive.

    I love you. For real.
    Gracias por tanto. 🖤🍍

  • 🖤 SEASON 3 — DAY 1: SHADOW WORK STARTS NOW 🖤
    2026/01/26

Today’s question hits a little too close to home:

What belief about yourself did you inherit that never actually felt true… yet you’ve been living like it is?

    Pause right there.

Because so many of us are out here carrying beliefs that were never ours to begin with—handed down through family, culture, religion, survival mode, or straight-up generational trauma. And instead of questioning them, we adapt. We normalize them. We build entire identities around them.

We don’t just accept the cage.
    We decorate it.

    But not today.

    Today is about radical honesty.
Today is about naming the lie.
Because healing doesn’t start with comfort—it starts where the illusion ends.

🎙️ In this episode, I share one of the biggest inherited beliefs that shaped my life without my consent—and why I’m no longer carrying it forward. Period.

👇🏽 I want to hear from you:
What belief did you inherit that never felt true—but you’ve been living by it anyway?

Season 3 is not about surface healing.
    It’s about liberation.

    Welcome to the work. 🖤🍍
