• Ep 301. It's Okay to Not Have It All Figured Out
    2026/08/12

If you're in a season where you don't fully know what you want but you know exactly what you don't want anymore, this episode is for you. I'm sharing a moment from a trip to California last week that cracked something open for me, a prayer on a cliffside, a voice that came through in a meditation garden, and a message that changed how I've been moving in my business ever since. We're talking about contrast versus clarity, why not wanting to be busy or in boss mode right now is enough of an answer on its own, and how letting that be enough is actually what lets the universe start chiseling out the practical, tangible next steps. This is the piece that ties the last two episodes together.

  • Ep 300. When Peace and Ambition Go to War
    2026/07/28

For the past few weeks, I've noticed a pattern. Not just in my own life, but in almost every conversation I've been having with women.

Something is asking us to slow down.

    Not because we're lazy.
Not because we've lost our ambition.
But because something deeper is asking for our attention.

In this episode, I'm sharing the questions I've been sitting with lately and the tension I've been feeling between two very different visions for my life and business.

One voice tells me to think bigger. Scale faster. Make more. Become more. Build the impressive business. Chase the next milestone.

The other quietly whispers that maybe peace is the success I've been looking for all along.

What if the life you're working so hard to create isn't actually the one your soul wants anymore?

We talk about the expectations we place on ourselves, the identities we've unconsciously adopted, and the subtle ways we build businesses and lives around who we think we're supposed to become instead of who we truly are.

I also share a personal realization after looking at my own website and recognizing that I had built pieces of my brand around proving I belonged instead of simply expressing who I am.

This conversation isn't about settling or playing small.

It's about having the courage to question whether you're climbing the right mountain in the first place.

Because sometimes the biggest shift isn't changing your strategy.

    It's changing the destination.

I also share why I believe so many women are experiencing this right now, why I don't think it's random, and why these moments of questioning are preparing us for what's ahead rather than pulling us off course.

If you've been feeling torn between who you've always been and who you're becoming...

If success suddenly feels heavier than it used to or if there's a quiet part of you wondering whether you're building a life that actually belongs to you, this episode is for you.

  • Ep 299. The Cost of Constantly Pushing
    2026/07/21

Have you ever looked around at your life and thought, Everything is working... so why does something still feel off?

That's exactly where I find myself in this episode.

I'm taking you behind the scenes of what I've been untangling in my own business and life—a season where the results are there, the clients are incredible, and on paper everything looks exactly how it "should." Yet underneath it all was a quiet feeling I couldn't keep talking myself out of.

I share the analogy that kept coming to me this week: a CD that's trying to play but keeps skipping. It moves forward... then jumps back. That's what ignoring our intuition can feel like. We keep trying to push harder, convinced that once we reach the next milestone we'll finally feel settled. But sometimes the very thing we're trying to outrun is the invitation we've been needing all along.

Inside this conversation, I talk about:

    • Why we override the subtle signals our nervous system is sending us.
    • The fear that comes with slowing down long enough to admit something isn't quite right.
    • Why success doesn't mean you stop asking honest questions.
    • The realization that I've been moving far too fast—and using busyness as an excuse to avoid being fully present.
    • How the feelings we're chasing through our goals can only be experienced if we learn to embody them now, not someday.

If you've been telling yourself, "Everything's fine. Just keep going," while quietly wondering whether there's another way... I think this episode will meet you exactly where you are.

Sometimes the pause isn't a setback. Sometimes it's the redirection your soul has been asking for all along.

  • Ep 298. What Your Business Is Actually Returning To You with Sheila Botelho
    2026/07/14

What if the most important return your business gives you isn't the money?

In this conversation, I'm joined by my dear friend, Sheila Botelho, to explore what ROI really means once revenue stops being the only metric we're paying attention to.

So many of us have been conditioned to measure success by what our business produces financially. While revenue absolutely matters, it's only one part of the picture. We explore what shifts when we begin asking a different question:

What is my business returning to me as a woman?

We talk about the things that often don't show up on a profit and loss statement—the confidence you've built, the peace you've created, the freedom you've designed, the relationships you've cultivated, and the version of yourself your business has invited you to become.

This conversation is an invitation to redefine success in a way that honors your values, your season of life, and what truly matters to you—not what you've been told should matter.

    In this episode, we discuss:
    • Why revenue isn't the only meaningful measure of ROI.
    • How our definition of success evolves as we grow.
    • Measuring your business through the lens of the woman behind it.
    • Creating a business that reflects your values, priorities, and current season of life.
    • The intangible returns that often become the most meaningful ones.
    • Giving yourself permission to define success on your own terms.

  • Ep 297. The Mid-Year Reset That Actually Matters
    2026/07/07

It's the halfway point of the year, and while I'm not someone who believes you have to wait for a specific date to change your life, I do think it's a beautiful opportunity to pause and ask an important question:

    Who am I being?

In this episode, I'm sharing what's been unfolding behind the scenes of my own business and life. Lately, I've noticed some of my foundational habits, standards, and rhythms have slowly started to slip. Nothing dramatic. Just enough that I can feel the difference in my energy, my thoughts, my leadership, and ultimately, how I show up in my business.

Because here's what I've come to believe:

Your business isn't built by strategy alone. It's built by the woman implementing the strategy.

We talk about why the seemingly "small" things—your sleep, movement, what you're consuming, your relationship with your phone, your nutrition, your thoughts, and your daily standards—have everything to do with the results you're creating.

I also share why these moments of contrast aren't failures. They're invitations. They're often the exact catalyst we need to become unavailable for old patterns and recommit to the woman we're becoming.

    In this episode, we explore:

    • Why who you're being matters more than what you're doing.
    • The subtle habits that quietly influence your business results.
    • How your standards create your internal state.
    • Why external validation becomes less powerful when you cultivate internal safety and stability.
    • The simple reset I'm personally committing to over the next 10 days.
    • How these moments of awareness become the doorway to your next level.

If you've been feeling a little disconnected from yourself lately—or like you've drifted from the version of you that you know you're capable of being—I think this conversation will meet you exactly where you are.

  • Ep 296. Collapsing Time: 5 Truths I Wish I'd Accepted Sooner In Business
    2026/06/30

Last week I shared an Instagram post called The Advice I'd Give My Younger Self Building Her Business If I Wasn't Afraid of Hurting Her Feelings—and it sparked so many conversations that I knew I needed to go deeper.

Because these aren't just catchy pieces of advice.

These are the lessons that genuinely would've changed the trajectory of my business if I had embodied them sooner.

In this episode, I'm breaking down the five things I wish someone had drilled into me years ago—from learning to lead beyond your emotions, to finally embracing marketing, to niching down without feeling boxed in, to letting go of other people's opinions, and realizing your business doesn't need a perfectly healed version of you to grow.

I also talk about the resistance that naturally comes up when we hear advice we're not quite ready for. I had that resistance too. So if part of you wants to argue with what I'm saying... pay attention. That might be exactly where your next level is waiting.

    Inside this episode, we'll cover:

    • Why your mood can't be the CEO of your business
    • The mindset shift that changed how I approached marketing
    • Why niching down creates freedom instead of limitation
    • How to stop creating content for everyone except your actual clients
    • Why you don't need to become the "perfect" version of yourself before your business can grow

If you're serious about building a business that creates real impact and consistent income, this conversation will challenge you—in the best way.

  • Ep 295. Show Up Like Her Now And Watch Your Business Catch Up
    2026/06/23

I almost didn't record this episode.

Not because I didn't think it would help you. Because it's so simple I wondered if you'd even believe me when I told you it works.

Here's the truth. The things that come the easiest to you, the things you almost feel guilty charging for because they require zero effort on your part, that's your zone of genius. And it's exactly what your people need more of. We get so busy watching what everyone else is doing that we talk ourselves out of the very thing that comes naturally to us, because it feels too easy to be valuable. It's not. Easy for you is exactly what someone else is praying for.

In this episode I'm walking you through that lesson, and then I'm handing you the actual structure I use to stay focused enough to build the business I'm building.

Because here's what nobody tells you. Before you need a new strategy, you need a relentless standard for where your focus goes. You have to know your bigger points of focus, what you actually want over the next thirty to ninety days, because that decision dictates how you show up every single day after it.

I share the exact system I use. A running note on my phone with my points of focus at the top so I see them multiple times a day, and then Monday through Friday laid out underneath it. Not a rigid script for what you do every hour. A rhythm. Certain days for certain kinds of work, so you stop trying to be your own HR department, content team, copywriter, marketer, and salesperson all before 10am on a Tuesday.

The version of you who's already holding the business you want isn't doing it that way. She knows who she is. She knows where she's going. And practically, day to day, she's not getting swept up in someone else's content for an hour before she's even opened her own laptop. She's protecting her focus like it's the asset it is.

We have to set our business up now the way we want it running in six months. That starts with how we spend today.

Takeaway: Your standards for your focus come before any structure. Decide your points of focus for the next 30 to 90 days, then build your week around protecting them.

  • Ep 294. The Missing Piece Between Inner Work and Results
    2026/06/16

You've probably heard me say this before, but I'm going to say it again because it's one of the biggest things I see inside my clients' businesses.

You are not as far away as you think you are.

So many women come into my world after years of personal development, healing, mindset work, spiritual work, embodiment work. They've changed. They think differently. They lead differently. They have a completely different relationship with themselves than they did a year ago.

But their business results haven't fully caught up yet and because of that, they start questioning everything.

Maybe I need a new strategy, a new offer, a new niche. Maybe I need to burn it all down and start over.

The problem isn't that they don't know what they're doing. The problem is that they're distracted and they're waiting for the identity to feel fully embodied before they start taking the actions that version of themselves would take.

In this episode, we're talking about why it actually works the other way around.

    Action creates identity.

The Universe hears your declarations about who you're becoming, but at some point it wants to see you move. It wants to see you back yourself. It wants to see you take the actions that woman would take before it feels comfortable, before it feels natural, before it feels fully locked in.

I also walk you through a simple process for getting clear on what actually matters in your business right now.

    Your work.

    Your people.

    Your offers.

    Your content.

The things that are actually creating momentum. Because strategy gets to be simple. You don't need twenty different things working at once. You need clarity, focus, you need to stop pivoting every time something doesn't work after five minutes. You need to hold the line long enough for momentum to build.

If you've been feeling scattered, questioning yourself, or wondering why your results haven't caught up to the woman you've become, this episode is for you.
