Rest in the perfect peace that is only possible in His perfect presence.

Rest in the truth that through Jesus, you are a new creation, His Child, His Beloved.

This episode invites you to rest in the truth that God's Grace is enough, always enough.

Take refuge within the shelter of God's wings as we meditate on Psalm 91, finding Rest, as we Abide in Him.

When your mind is racing, negativity swirling about your thoughts, find rest in the one who renews, restores and gives us peace, as we think on what is good, true, and right, with trust and gratititude.

Rest in the One who cannot be shaken or moved, who fights for you and calls you His own.

Rest in His presence as you cast your burdens on Him.
