In this episode, I discuss why reflection isn't about assigning blame, it's about discovering the next direction. Using military debrief techniques, root-cause analysis, and personal experiences, I explain how looking inward allows us to grow stronger than we were yesterday.

Strength, Power, Unity, Growth, and the nine tenets reinforce one another. Reflection isn't the finish line—it continually feeds back into the process, creating momentum for the next goal.

Likewise, not every goal deserves to be finished. If a goal no longer aligns with who you've become or the life you're trying to build, it isn't failure to pivot. Stay intrinsically motivated, reflect honestly, and pursue goals that continue moving you toward the best version of yourself.
