  • SE2EP15 - Buying in a Company?
    2026/07/22

I’m about to post a video that will probably annoy a few property gurus — but it needs to be said.
    .
For years, I’ve watched everyday Aussies get told the same line:
“Just buy property in a company. Lower tax. Smarter. More sophisticated.”
    .
    On Instagram, it sounds genius.
In real life? I’ve seen people quietly trapped in structures they can’t get out of without bleeding money.
    .
    Not because they’re stupid.
Not because they did anything “wrong”.
    .
But because no one ever finished the maths — from buy → hold → exit — or asked whether that advice actually fit their real life.
    .
In this video, I walk through:
    • when company ownership actually works
    • when it quietly backfires
    • why PAYG investors get sold strategies designed for business owners
    • and how “tax later” often turns into “more tax at the worst time”
    .
This isn’t about dunking on structures.
Companies and trusts absolutely have their place.
    .
It’s about calling out advice that sounds smart in a reel…
but ignores cashflow, land tax, stamp duty, exits, life changes — and stress.
    .
If you’ve ever felt confused, pressured, or like you’re “behind” because you didn’t use the fancy structure — this one’s for you.
    .
Watch the video before you lock yourself into something you have to live with for 20+ years.
    .
    No paywall for this info.
    .
ENJOY and end the generational poverty curse in your family :)

  • SE2EP14 - 100% REFUND
    2026/07/19

Ever wonder how everyone gets paid in your property journey? 👀
Here's the truth about mortgage broker commissions.
🏡 Selling agent: 1.5–2% commission. They get paid regardless of what happens after you sell.
🏡 Buyer's agent: $10k–$30k. They find the property, but if it underperforms, they still keep their fee.
🏡 Solicitor/conveyancer: $1.5k–$3k per transaction. Paid once the deal settles.
🏡 Accountant/trust setup: Upfront fees plus ongoing annual fees.
Now here's what most Aussies don't know...
💰 Most mortgage brokers charge the client $0.
The bank pays us a small commission for doing the strategy, structuring, approvals, paperwork, and managing 20+ hours of work to get you to settlement.
    But here's the catch...
📌 Refinance or sell within 12 months? The bank claws back 100% of our commission.
📌 Within 24 months? They claw back 50%.
We're the only profession in the property chain that can do everything right... and still end up earning $0.
Not the client's fault—it's simply how the banking system is designed.
Meanwhile, the bank keeps collecting interest and profits.
I'm not looking for sympathy. I love what I do and I'm proud to help families build wealth through smart lending strategies.
But I do believe people should understand how the system actually works.
That's why I value loyal clients. We don't disappear after settlement—we review your loans, protect your structure, and help you build wealth for the long term.
Support the people who support your journey.
And to every hardworking mortgage broker in Australia...
    Fight the good fight. ✊🙌

  • Control Assets From Grave
    2026/07/15

Your parents worked 40 years to pay off a $5 million family home.
You mess up the estate plan… and the tax man, stamp duty, and lawyers eat half of it.
    .
This is how normal Aussie families accidentally turn generational wealth into a case study...
    .
Meanwhile, billionaire dynasties are drip-feeding wealth for 1,700+ years through trusts… and most Aussie parents are still planning to
👉 “just leave the house in the will and hope for the best.”
    .
Here’s what I unpack in the video 👇
    • Why “just putting the house in the kids’ names” is often the most expensive tax move
    • How family & testamentary trusts actually work (and how people blow them up)
    • Why the tax mobs is circling trusts right now like seagulls around hot chips
    • The difference between real planning and dumb “tax hacks” that trigger 47% penalties
    • When testamentary trusts are powerful… and when they’re total overkill
    .
    This isn’t advice.
This is education so you don’t do something dumb with a $5m house.
    .
If you’ve got ageing parents, a paid-off home, or a property portfolio in the family — you need to watch this.
    .
Because you either learn how this game works…
or you become someone else’s cautionary tale.
    .
Remember to share it to your mates - Knowledge is POWER!
    .
And yes, it's another long azz vid - but hey - that's my VIBE :) 😝

  • SE2EP10 - Unlock 4 SMSF Hacks Pt2
    2026/07/05

Alright — This part Part 2 of the 4 SMSF Hacks in Australia ... the last two hacks are where SMSFs get spicy. (Part of series 4 SMSF HACKS)
    Hack #3:
Some business owners take a commercial property they already own…
and drop it into their SMSF with minimal stamp duty.
From that moment on — the rent is taxed at just 15%,
and future gains can drop to zero in retirement.
    Hack #4:
Then they go one step further…
and lease that property to their own business.
The rent their business pays — becomes a tax deduction.
And where does that money land?
Inside their super — building their retirement.
This is how the wealthy stop paying landlords…
    and start paying themselves instead.
These are the last two moves in the 4 SMSF hacks —
    the ones nobody teaches you…
because they change who gets rich.
If you’re in your forties and sick of playing small —
    this is your wake-up call.
