Before playlists… before streaming… before Bluetooth…
There was the mixtape.
Handwritten tracklists. Fresh TDK D90s. Hours spent recording songs from CDs, vinyl and the radio, trying to fit one more anthem onto Side A before flipping the tape.
Euro House Mixtape celebrates the sound of mid-90s Euro House, Eurodance and club classics that filled cars, bedrooms and dancefloors throughout the decade.
Featuring unforgettable classics from Corona, Whigfield, Jinny, Anticapella, Maxx, N-Trance, Fun Factory, Clock and more, this mix captures the energy of an era when big vocals, piano hooks and euphoric choruses were the soundtrack to every Saturday night.
If you grew up with 90s dance music, Eurodance, house music and club classics, this is the mixtape you've been waiting to hear again.
Whether you were getting ready to go out, driving to the club with friends, or replaying the night all the way home, these are the songs that stayed with you long after the lights came on.
Preserving the soundtrack of the dancefloor. One memory at a time. - If you're after tracklists or want to go a bit deeper into the archives, you can find me over on Mixcloud - www.mixcloud.com/Tezshouse/
